What's a unity government really supposed to look like though? I haven't even tried to do one because it makes no sense. The NAF and Communists don't want democracy at all, and in a proportional government they get maybe 1% of the seats each anyway. At the absolute minimum Larue pretty much won't accept anything where he isn't reinstated as President, and anything where Rey is forced to step down as President is an obvious defeat for him. Even if Larue was reincluded in the Parliament much of his own party doesn't even want him anymore. So about the only peace deal I can offer under the "unity government" line is one where Rey and Tatham return to status quo.

I do think there's a difference between an authoritarian leader who happens to be a good ally to Kringalia and a slave-trading state.

I do believe peace in Farengeto is possible. I just happen to think Rey is the only one who can usher it in. As far as I'm concerned, the Third Republic under Rey is the only legitimate government.
