So, Ryccia and I have been working on this for a while. here is what we think needs to be covered:
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.

Minister of Foreign Affairs: October 2019-June 2020, October 2020- February 2021
So in the end, would what we do here serve as a guide for the assembly (a recommendation of what to do), or would this turn into constitutional law (since we would legitimatize a DCoA and vote times and such)?
If it serves as a guide, then we really can't touch any of this.. So im going to safely assume that its constitutional in nature. With that, I think we should add a new category called "power of the (individual) legislator", just as a formality. -Griffindor/Ebonhand

It'd be constitutional, since we'll be proposing the findings of our research and exploration plus our associated proposed draft changes for the assembly to vote on.

Actually, I would argue that law formatting could go here, so long as it was an outline and didn't end up going into 1000000+ pages

I agree that the above needs to be covered, and would like to address each part of the general outline in separate threads.
I motion to open up threads on each subject.

Sure: The COP Chair is in charge of doing what it takes so this can run smoothly. that includes running votes and making threads when needed.

hey crazy idea here: what if there was a way for debate time to be accelerated if a matter is urgent and the PM, PJ and CoA all agree?
