Pursuant to Article 1, Section 3a of the Criminal Code, in the interest of transparency and following repeated requests to permit media coverage, public distribution of information from the following threads from the Private Halls of the Assembly is now permitted:
Empire Security Concerns Security Powers Discussion CRS Statement on the Activation of Section 1(1) of the Security Powers Act CRS Report on Investigation into Belschaft & Neo Kervoskia [Discussion] "beyond reasonable doubt" vs. "probable cause" Edits to the SPA [DRAFT] Resolution on Release of Information [Draft] Amendment to the Security Powers Act These threads have also been moved from the Private Halls to the public Assembly forum to ensure that the public may easily check the context and accuracy of any information that may be distributed.
