On behalf of the Government of Lazarus, I come now to announce the impending repeal of the treaty between The South Pacific and Lazarus as required by the language of the treaty. The South Pacific has committed repeated violations of the treaty over the past six months, specifically:
The entirety of Article II. Affirmation of Non-Aggression.
The South Pacific openly committed military forces to attack the sovereignty of Lazarus and its government, depsite its treaty to promise the opposite. This violates the first three sections of Article II. The fourth section was violated by The South Pacific's cooperation with the group of conspirators without passing along any of the information they collected to Lazarus.

Article III sections 1 and 4.
The South Pacific not only refused to cooperate with Lazarus, but actively worked to attack Lazarus on behalf of a group attempting a coup d'etat. They also did not share any information they collected to Lazarus.

The entirety of Article IV.
The South Pacific not only did not come to Lazarus' aid during the attempted coup d'etat of the region, but swiftly came to the aid of the conspirators. As such, The South Pacific effectively violated the entire article, especially section 3 which specifically provides for mutual defense in times of an internal coup d'etat.

As such, the treaty has been violated unilaterally by The South Pacific and it can no longer stand.
