Dear members of the World Forum,
of this fine rp-community,

the last four weeks were rough for me. After the exams that took away two weeks from my time, I could have devoted to the WF, two more weeks needed to get given to other IRL issues.
Now it's clear: I have to move from my current place to the other side of Germany in the next few weeks and it will happen the latest until the end of May.
My speakership term ends on the 30th June, as far as I know, and if I would just continue this, not even having caught up yet on any other stuff that happened rp-wise here and that I would like to partake in also, well then this first term is a lost term and the WF is dead before it even started.

The World Forum has a place in my heart too and I was more than happy to have been elected by you all to be your speaker, your first speaker. I have already seen in front of eyes, how this can get good and how we start discussing about real topics the latest in May or at the beginning of the second speakership term, but I can't serve you like you or I wanted to.
That's why I have to make the difficult and hurting choice of stepping down from my speakership duties and give my vice-speaker my powers within the rules of the charter and "speaker resolution" that passed in January 2018.
Omega is my current vice-speaker and I know, he is determined and will do a better job than me.
I also know Qwert/Sedunn and others will probably too and I will try my best to help in any way I can as well. It's just I'm, together with the IRL stuff, currently not able to properly fill this position and fulfill its duties.

I'm sorry for anyone that I disappointed. I am disappointed from myself too, but I hope that this makes the way free for a finally soon to be fully functioning World Forum.

While I am honored, this is not the situation in which I had wished to come to the office of Speaker. However, I hope to serve you well and that by the end of this turn we will have a functioning World Forum with a court that can work to make a better Pacifica for all nations. If you wish to become my Deputy please contact me.

Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.
