President General is elected by double majority of both popular and state vote. A re-run of the election will occur every 30 days until a double majority is achieved. During this time the First Speaker will be considered Acting President General. Elections occur once every 10 years with a one term limit. A confidence vote is held at the 5 year point.
The Lower House (Speakers Assembly) is elected by first past the post in district. The First Speak is the leader of the Assembly. Terms are 2 years. The upper House (The Grand Council) is a six year term and seats are indirectly elected by State legislators. All positions may be recalled at any time by popular referendum of constituents.
None.

West Carlisten:
The tjottading (lower house) of the federal parliament (alding) uses a version of mixed-member proportional. The samlanding (upper house) of the federal parliament uses STV with three seats per state (not proportional due to states having different sizes). The (Rike)presiddent (who is almost entirely a figurehead) is chosen in a run-off election (with the option of rejecting all candidates) from a selection of candidates provided by the alrikading (a joint sitting of both houses and the prime ministers of the states/their chosen representatives); an incumbent Presiddent however is simply confirmed in a national referendum every five years (no term limits), unless they die, resign or are removed; The state parliaments use MMP or another system of proportional representation. Charles Rock does not currently have elections.
Elections are proportional in Antarcha
The Assembly (legislative) of Mahalo Eagles uses a plurality system by bloc voting to elect members, while the two Consuls (heads of state) are elected using a majoritarian system (one consul is elected by the people, the other by the Assembly).
