I don't think so. The Delegate has a whole article dedicated to the role in the Charter, equal with the executive and the High Court, so it would make sense to mention the position separately as well.

I meant that, if we add a time limit on past experience, being delegate during that time would make you eligible to run for delegate again...

Yeah, I think that would make sense. Having been Delegate is in and of itself a worthy qualification.

So, with so many laws needing amendments, how do we want to go about re-combining them into one proposal? Do we need a motion and a second to "finalize" each particular law?

If I recall correctly, we are amalgamating every draft that isn't Delegacy requirements, yes? Del requirements will go in a separate bill?
