Under the terms of section 4, point 3 of the Regional Officers Act, Auphelia and I, being 2/3rd of the Local Council, request that Cabinet approve having the Delegate stripping LC Concrete Slab of his Appearance and Communications Authority for the balance of his term on the Local Council. We feel the conviction of this Member of our council of Corruption constitutes Behavior unbecoming of a representative of The South Pacific.

We regret that Concrete Slab's actions have lead to this and are hoping to prevent any lame duck emotional incidents before he leaves office.

I have cc'd delegate Erinor, and my college Auphelia on this communication.
