[WITHDRAWN] AB1906.03 Amendments to the Legislator Commitee Act
#31

I think it’s becoming increasingly clear that our more experienced members disagree with this proposed reform of LegComm. It might be convenient to listen to them and work on the common forum/thread idea instead.

I'm taking this analogy out of context!

I think that my proposals aren't clear enough, however, it says that the members of the LegComm who are appointed by a ministry will handle applications for a ministry. The LegComm could do it in different threads etc. This is just an idea to bring ministry applications to one location.

Okay, so, then why would the LegComm have to have ministry members on it for the ministry applications if the applications were in seperate threads? Just sounds like overcomplication to me.

I think the best way to do this would be to either link to the existing means of applications to each ministry, or create a post with all the links, and the application can link to that. A single link to a "link tree" may not be the most efficient for new members, but its probably easiest for the LegComm.

Would moving the ministry application threads to the welcoming + registration forum and pinning them there help?

Do you wish to withdraw this bill or move it to a vote?

Firstly, I would like to thank @Nakari for moving everything to the Welcoming and Registration Center! I think that this shall make things easier for newer members!

Because that has happened, I shan't pursue this further, and shall swiftly withdraw this!
