"Huawan is a beautiful country," Murphy said, "It's great to have your country as a neighbour of Valkyria."
"You are not a woman with much expressions are you, President Murphy?" Asked The Peony as she took down a gear, "it is completely understandable, I felt a similar air when I first started in the world of governance, national governance."
The Peony shifted a gear up and sped up, sometimes getting the car airborne. She drives like a professional, and no one knows how. "Valkyria is a country that still looks for suitable ground to plant it's roots, a history of continuous reformation and restructure has made it well adaptive to the futures of the current, it is therefore not to be taken lightly, and it's strength is proven to be remarkable." Ports sprung up in the east have made us rely less on Valkyrian ports, and the MAGLEV-PHSR terminal has been among many of our key diplomatic agreements." Said The Peony, "student exchange programs, conservation projects, military exercises, free trade zones as well as visa-free traveling between our two countries. There is an abundance of projects that could be rediscussed, revisited and completely overhaul. Valkyria and Huawan shares the largest control over the center of the region, with Pax dracon in the south and the rest in the north, and thus they would need us to keep the flow of supplies and trade between the north and south continued." The Peony then slowed down, and indicated right to pass a car. "Whatever decision that comes out that affects the both of us, will affect the region. Valkyria holds the main stock exchange in the region, and Huawan bridges the east and west continent, as well as opening the region to the world through Zhanghai. "However, against the advice of some advisers in the Valkyrian government, I have come here to tell you that the immediate future remains uncertain for both the world and between our countries. If there is a change of leadership in Valkyria, and it is very much possible, I am afraid to tell you that the relationship between our two countries could become unsteady with the possibility of all the progress we've made be reverted out of nativist and nationalist sentiment. Though, I am confident that the world can weather whatever storm comes our way."
"The Valkyrian political dynamic is one of interest to me, and as such we are completely aware of the decisions that could come from such a democratically fastidious country. However as such, I'm sure the legalities of contracts and agreements must be respected, and penalties will be enforced when you cross a legally binding agreement. A leader that does not respect deals and contracts would not invite the trust of investors anywhere, regardless."
The Peony then paused. "Every action has consequences, an eye for an eye. Though I am not one for vengeance, as the quote is often overused for, I am one for fairness, as the quote's true meaning is placed." The Peony said as she slowed down, "actions have consequences, and while you must ensure that the tenet of free speech is held dear in your country, we also must ensure the needs of the Peocracy is made and made well. Thus, if such an event were to occur, do not take it to heart." The Peony then entered an arch and parked in a driveway surrounded with lush trees. Only stone stairs exist with a ramp whirling around it for those that could not hold their foot on a step. "We have arrived, come, they must be waiting for us." Invited The Peony, as she turned off her car. The guardians have stood by on the flight of stairs, and Rin had awaited The Peony. Where both the Peonic delegation and the Valkyrian delegation waited patiently. "I am sure you all did not wait long for us?" Asked The Peony, she then sat down on one end and invited the President to sit on the other. "Perhaps you'd like to see one from our tea storage?"

Gazing upon the lake and the surroundings, Murphy said, "This is a beautiful land and now I understand why many Valkyrians visit Huawan. Back home, there is a Little Huawan neighbourhood in Stockholm and the Valkyrians who are of Peonisian descent would speak so highly of their ancestral homeland's tea. I tried some of the tea myself and enjoyed it. I can only wonder how delightful it is here."
"Ah yes, the Peonic District of Stockholm. There are a lot of them in The South Pacific, and I do recall the one in Stockholm is called Peonicity. What a quaint village indeed." Answered The Peony, "I remember visiting the place in the Valkyrie's day parade a couple of months prior."
"In that case, perhaps we could bring the tea over." Diao Chan took a bun while the Royal Premier drank a small sip of it, and then provided his thoughts. "Shall we begin our discussions now?" Asked The Royal Premier, stern as always.

After taking a sip of tea, Murphy replaced the cup on the small plate, "Yes, please. What would you like to discuss first?"
The Royal Premier looks at The Peony, and The Peony gave a nod.
"The main idea of our invitation is to get to know all of you, especially you, Madam President. In order to further understand our mutual agendas, as well as understanding the path that all of us are willing to take." Answered the Royal Premier Sima Yi, "both the Royal Council and the People's Council are willing to invest further in bilateral relations between Huawan and Valkyria, as well as a continuation of our agreement in creating the second tunnel in the Eastern Continent." "Now we are aware that Valkyria is currently under a lot of tension in their council, and it would be difficult to steer a meaningful relationship if our countries would potentially go against each other. Despite a legally binding agreement to maintain the tunnel open for years to come, several parties have threatened to close the tunnel with the note of the severe penalty incurred by Valkyria." Explained Diao Chan, "such events would seriously impact the investment towards our bilateral relations, and has caused the Royal Council to postpone the construction of the eastern tunnel."
