[PROCESSED] Correction to the Judicial Act
#1

Legislative Procedure Act, Article 2, Section 4, stipulates:

The Chair may correct typographical errors, grammatical errors, naming or formatting inconsistencies at any time, as long as these corrections do not alter the original intent of the law, following a three day period in which the corrections are presented to the assembly for comments. Any such corrections must be recorded with the legislative history of each law.

This is a formatting correction to the Judicial Act.

At present, the Act formats articles as follows:

Example Wrote:Article 1: The High Court

...

Article 2: Judicial Conduct and Requirements

...

I propose that the Chair's discretionary powers be applied to amend the Act's articles so that they are consistent with all other laws which provide articles as:

Example Wrote:1. Scope

...

2. Legislator Applications

...

Tip of the hat to @USoVietnam for the suggestion.
