Yes, but they should be able to see threads in the Private Halls, as many proposals there concern their position.

And the easiest and quickest way to do that is to have the Chair give them access. We don't need to legislate everything.

Bel is right about this one. What goes under the Private Hall, and who can see it, is entirely up to the Chair, as they’re the ones with the authority to determine Assembly classification levels.

I don't actually have ability to give Panda viewing permissions though, admins plshelp.
