Bel is right about this one. What goes under the Private Hall, and who can see it, is entirely up to the Chair, as they’re the ones with the authority to determine Assembly classification levels.
I grant Panda permission to see the Private Halls.
I don't actually have ability to give Panda viewing permissions though, admins plshelp.
