I'm afraid that my situation has changed and I cannot and do not wish to stand due to multiple reasons. 

Firstly, I will be travelling a lot from now until the start of February, and I don't know about my availability. 

Secondly, I think that there are others who are much better suited to the position than I am, and I do not think that, as of current, I would be fit to serve the region in the coming months. I may consider running in June, if the situation changes. 

Finally, I wouldn't leave my Regional Affairs Position until my term ended, as of current, as I have so much going on that I feel responsible for, and that I couldn't leave lying about. I was elected to serve in a position away back in October, and I will not forget that for a second.

Therefore, I revoke my candidacy.

Nomination Guideline The Nomination and Campaign Period will open at 02:00 on the 3rd of January and will close at 02:00 on the 10th of January. [Please be advised that all stated times are in Universal Coordinated Time (UTC)] Legislators are encouraged to declare their candidacy and nominate others in this thread. However, in order to be eligible to be included in a voting ballot, any candidate must post a campaign in an area designated by the Election Commission. This campaign must prominently include a truthful declaration of all potential conflicts of interest the candidate may have within and outside of the South Pacific. So I’m pretty new to this whole legislator position but I know that I can vote for everyone in the
first round of voting. Has that started yet? I don’t wanna come off as stupid but I haven’t seen anything lately saying it’s started.

Welcome to TSP!

Unfortunately, as you joined the Assembly during the Nomination and Campaign Period, you are ineligible to cast a vote in the Forumside round of voting. However, as you have a WA nation in TSP, I believe you will be able to vote in the Gameside round.
