Cake or Pie?

If you had to make a general "mission statement" for your Delegacy, what would it be and why?  What ideologies would you stand for?

If I'm elected delegate, I would want to push all WA efforts, at least until a MoWAA is created. However, I would most importantly focus on increasing the endocount, and being a stable presence.

To summarize, I think perhaps:

Make All Aspects of the World Assembly more prevalent while increasing the endorsement count.
