Message from the President of Anserisa
We have been neighbours for so many years and yet, we never really took the opportunity to talk about the cooperation between our nations. A meaningful relationship that could benefit all people and every country.

Prosperity never comes alone, it is acquired from others and should be shared with others. My administration has undertaken the Open Arms Initiative which saw a huge success within the Department of External Affairs and the South Pacific. Which is why, we have decided to create the Office of the Rainbow Islands Relations (ORIR) and that we take our first action to invite all nations in Brantavilla for a summit on how we can improve our relations.

We are facing many challenges, economical, environmental, social, etc. And together I strongly believe that we can overcome these challenges. So join me to this summit, which will be held in the next few weeks.

Thank you

Columbo Septimum

Your Excellency,

The provincial government of Winston Island would be honoured to attend a summit for the nations of the Rainbow Islands. The Valkyrian national government has granted my office permission to attend this summit on the behalf of the island that I represent. I will be joined by Valkyrian foreign minister Bradley Murphy, but have been assured that the provincial government will lead the Valkyrian delegation in securing a specialised agreement that understands the needs of Winston Island and the secondary needs of the Valkyrian Republic of which we are part.

Message from the President of Anserisa

We are deeply and truly honoured that you accepted the invitation to come and visit our great nation and that you all agree that the Rainbow Islands could benefit from such a meeting.

The first thing to do, is to establish an agenda for our summit, and in the democratic spirit which has been leading our nation for so long, we would love to extend the invitation to the nations to express here which subjects they would love to see on the agenda. We believe that we can reach a consensus on the topics that are the most important for the Rainbow Islands.

As far as Anserisa is concerned, we are a manufacturing nation that has troubles with its small market to reach far and wide, mostly because of the importation tariffs imposed by some nations. We would thus be interested into a trade agreement that would incorporate the lowering or abolition of some tariffs on some products which would be defined by the agreement.

Until then, we are waiting to hear from you and the matters you would like to see on the agenda of the summit.

Thank you

Your Excellency,

The provincial government of Winston Island will attend this summit with the hope of attaining provisions that set a base minimum of labour regulations and environmental standards that will be required of all parties. Amidst an evolving climate and rising waters, this threat is greatly posed to our islands and we must bring this to attention in all future trade agreements and business in the World Forum.

To the President of Anserisa

After much discussion amongst relevant individuals in FiHami, we have decided that we would like to discuss the issues of Global Warming and Environmental Regulations as it relates to trade. We would also like to discuss in relations to Metrorological Research and establishing joint research amongst ourselves. We believe that this, along with encouraging trade with one another, would bolster our collective economies and ensure our survival as the world continues changing.

Signed,

Safia Kokostali

Message from the President of Anserisa

I would first like to thank you all for your swift responses on my suggestion of a democratically chosen agenda. We are seeing a strong will among the nations of the Rainbow Islands to talk about the environment and thus, we think this should be the main theme of this year's summit.

We propose then the following agenda :

  1. Opening remarks
  2. Environmental standards and trade
  3. Climate change and global warming research cooperation efforts
  4. Joint declaration talks
  5. Closing remarks

If all nations agree on the proposal, we will be able to go ahead and have a productive summit and hopefully this can be the start of a long and prosperous cooperation. Nations should also be free to propose any modifications suggestions on the proposed agenda.

Thank you
