I and Deputy Islands are pleased to make 2 announcements for the assembly!

1.) TSP's official language- the Language Act:

An act establishing TSP's official language

1. Language

(1) The official language of The South Pacific shall henceforth be presented in Pig Latin

(2) All documents shall now be required to be in Pig Latin.

(3) All communication shall henceforth be required to be in Pig Latin.  Any non-Pig Latin communication shall be punishable by fire.    

Also, pursuant to this resolution:

Raider Alignment Act

Noting The South Pacific has recently passed the defender alignment act;
Noting that now many of the spinners of Defender propaganda have now retired, giving The South Pacific a right to self determination;
Noting that defending simply reduces activity, and does not force regions back into activity;
Noting that certain forms of raiding (like tag raiding) cause no long-lasting damage;

Resolved that the coalition of the South Pacific hereby:

1. Adopts the principles of raiding, and promoting the core beliefs of raiding around NationStates
   
2. Declares that these principles are a fundamental aspect of our community and culture, and will strive to reflect these principles in our Charter, constitutional laws, and military guidelines, but that the Coalition will as always let our traditions and culture develop naturally in adopting these principles
   
3. Strikes the “Resolution on Adopting Defending Military Principles” null and void
   
4. Considers this resolution a constitutional law, to show our dedication to upholding these principles by considering them a fundamental aspect of our governance.
