To preface this month's State of the Assembly, I sincerely hope that all legislators are very safe and keeping healthy in these unprecedented times.  Please, take care of yourselves, follow the WHO guidelines, and we’ll all get through this together, as an entire people inhabiting the Earth.  

With that being said, March had no votes go through the Assembly.  However, we have had 3 discussions begin on legislating TSP’s design code, Amending the Regional Officers Act for clarity, and potentially seeing whether double posting on the RMB could be legislated.
