Large Sëraiem lawyer gets sued!

A large lawyer inside of Sëraiem, under the Leagle company, was recently sued for "not providing a good service". The plaintiff claims that he hired Cömoe Droj, a large, popular lawyer in Sëraiem District, did not "help her win the case" against her husband. The case was a lawsuit over the husband letting the children get vaccinated..... Yea, we have anti-vaxxers apparently. The writer of this, me, Cupa Öcaem,
is shocked and utterly annoyed.
The case was lost, as the judge later said:
"This was the craziest case I've ever seen. I was able to see the embarasment of Droj in his eyes. He's a good man, I've seen him before in court. He's magnificent, but he was ashamed for taking the case."
The case was, of course, lost by the plaintiff. She later sued mr. Droj for not making her win the case.
She took up a lawyer from the same company. Droj later said:
"Wow... Does she even KNOW how bad and immoral this is? You can't just sue someone because you sued someone else for providing your children with medicine. I will likely take the case for myself in my defense, even if some say it's a bad idea. Let's see what she can do."

King James I to marry?

Recently, a story got leaked to us by Pöc Draocem. King James I, along with a lady, walking in King Edward III Park. From Pöc's picture, some have identified her as Comana Dücoa, a commoner. They talked fondly to each other, with Pöc claiming the King said "You're like the Sun, but hotter than it's core".
How a human can be hotter than 15 thousand degrees Celcius I am not aware.
The King, after hearing this was revealed, had made an open statement:
"Ok, we went out for a walk. Who didn't do that with their fiancée? Everybody did! It's a normal thing!"
A reporter from us then sprung up: "Uhh, Your Majesty, are you claiming Comana Dücoa is your fiancée?"
The King had nothing to say, and went back into his Palace. Press still tried to approach him, but his guards shoved them away. The King hasn't said anything publicly since. He claimed to his staff:
"I- I need a break. I see why dad resigned as king. Me and Comana should visit him."

Case closed?

The recent Droj-EM case has stirred the nation up. During the last.... Exactly week, but nothing was said about it.
The case was apparently instantly closed because of "lack of existance.". King James I declared the case to be worthless and personally cancelled it. Take that, EM, the king himself closed your case!
She took that to boast.

Marry date cleared!

After the recent turmoil, King James I came forward saying:
"All this is for inside the Eareamian Palace, nothing more! You don't need to know of my private life, just like I don't need to know about yours."
A conspiracy theorist then said:
"But you put listening devices in our homes! Thus we have a right to know what YOU do!"
"Guards, please... Where's Comana?"
He went inside afterwards. The whole palace knows he has something special with her and has been urging him to marry her. They said the ceremony might take place next week, yet we are not sure.
"The 6th." declared Odman Cuö. "That's the date we agreed on. Saturday, the 6th, this 6th."
Conspiracy theorists claim that he stated 6th only 3 times and that's a large detail because divided they give 2 yet he stated the devil's number and knew it.
However that's bogus, we know the date (you know the rules and so do I).

Election day!

It is the 7th of July. Our last election 5 years ago in 2015 ended up with the Social People's Democratic Party gaining a majority of the seats, placing a Social Democratic government under Cëo Dorlos.
This year however, The National Party of the King got the most votes.
Here's a legend of the whole thing:

Gray: National Party of the King
Blue: Social People's Democratic Party
Purple: Liberal Party
Green: Green Party of Eareamland
Dark Red: Socialist People's Party
Orange: Conservative Alliance

A royal birth!

We know, we know. You're angry we haven't reported on the wedding. Look everybody has stuff to do in these times!
Anyway, the wedding went along nicely and succesfully (we *totally* were there), and now, with King James I and Queen Caroline I are now married, and are said to have a coming baby.
King James I came forward with Caroline I, with her belly being large.
"Yes, she is pregnant. Yes, we will have a child."
One of our reporters rose up and said:
"And this child's name and gender?"
"We're not sure yet." answered Caroline. "We have yet to see it's gender and choose a name."

Well, we're just glad they're together and doing well.

GID-20 strikes again!

Recently, GID-20 has struck the nation by surprise.
In a shipment from overseas, somehow, the virus hid. It got into a local market in Cösam, then going down to Sëraiem. The nation has been put on tight lockdown and strict regulation, with units being recalled to either go home if they're at risk, or protect the ones who are/aren't.
We have found 125 cases currently, none cured, nobody dead.

GID-20 cases on the rise!

There have been more cases that popped up recently (Not POOPED YOU DUMB EDITTOR -Spellchecker) in Eareamland.
There are currently 345 cases, with 3 being cured, and 1 dead. The dead was a baby, soon to be born. His mother was infected with it, thus he got the infection as well. His mother was one of the 3 cured, yet the baby died. The government, attempting to compensate them for their loss, agreed to have their next children as best as they can, sending daily aid. A sad death, mourned by many, however it had to come.

New banknotes in circulation!

A new series of banknotes, called the "New" series has started to circulate. So far there are only 2 designs: for the 5 and 10 bills. More are coming however, as well as might be influenced by Bailts.
