After briefly bringing it up in #legislators-lounge, I have drafted a proposal to introduce a table of contents to our legislation for ease of access.

Please note that there is hidden code in the amendment as seen in the example below:

I'm assuming that the table of contents is modified/added by the CoA when the bill passes, right?

Other than that, a good proposal.
