Darkstrait, sometimes we need to get tough on allies. I am worried that Ryccia is going to drag us into an unfavorable war.
Qvait is not a fool, and he knows that an alliance is only worth its price when both states act rationally. Ryccia is doing the exact opposite.

OOC: Look at the Iraq War, none of the United States's allies backed them up.
The Iraq war was pointless. We suspected that a dictator who had never posed a threat to the US was developing chemical weapons.
However, a nation trying to defend its sovereignty from a vampiric organization is far more reasonable.
