CAFFEINE DROPS AND BEERS

The Besernian ambassador to Izaakia, Aderlinde Berliberg has gotten drunk after the questioning of Empress Astrid over the "stupidity and childishness" of King James I of Eareamland during the questioning. His behavior was to the general public of Besern as "underwhelming".

A struggling coffee and dessert chain, Cafecon has decided to close all of it's 125 stores in the state of Bismartia-Arthalt. It is predicted that Cafecon might have to close it's remaining 539 stores in 3 states and liquidate all of it's assets if it does not find a buyer soon.

CHAOS IN NIEWROTIKA-VERSELSDORF, POSSIBLE INVASION?

Chaos emerged as Absolustani soldiers crossed into Besern and murdered/injured the citizens of the Niewrotika-Verselsdorf metropolitan area.
Martial law has been declared and a curfew for 72 hours has been issued.
Luckily, all the supplies in case of a curfew have already been delivered to all households in the area as part of DEFCON-4 measures.
Besernian soldiers are attempting to resist the attack.

The general public of Sudphalleburg, a nearby state next to Bismartia-Arthalt described it as "an invasion unfolding".

Centralen Rundfunk will keep readers informed of the events in the area at the moment.

THE NIGHTMARE BECOMES TRUE

The Declaration on the Absolustan Issue has been passed in the results being 693 aye, 3 abstain, and 13 nay out of 709 members in the Federal Diet, and
has been unanimously approved by the Federal Council. The declaration was read out recently by the chancellor.

To the general public, it had seemed that Besern has declared war against Absolustan.
Distribution of emergency supplies have started in a colossal operation that would be a huge feat for all 18 states.

Meanwhile, the National Archives Commission, the agency responsible for all historical artefacts and other related entities, has announced that they
haved moved all their artefacts and scripts to various secure locations. The locations of them remain unknown.

AFTER A HURRICANE COMES A RAINBOW

The Agreement between Absolustan and Besern has been reached.
Besern shall no longer use force against Absolustan using the Declaration on the Absolustan Issue.
The blockade will be lifted, and in return, Absolustan bears full price of the damage and relief efforts in Niewrotika-Verselsdorf.

HARMONY USERS WILL SOON REACH THE PEAK

The new major 9th modern build of Harmony, Harmony Apicem will soon be avaliable to consumers and businesses for updating from the previous version of Harmony, Harmony Forschrit. The name, which means "peak" in Latin was submitted by a student from the state of Ostrovia, Lorelei Wiegand.

The new build will come with various new features, such as improved stability through further optimization, and various new features, fixes and removals that were proposed by Harmony users in the Bauene Forums, such as improved size optimization for laptops, whereas the problem of further compression of programs through configuring an app's size it runs on is now nonexistent thanks to the new update introducing no-compression app resizing, where apps simply run without compression but in a smaller window.

Apicem will soon have CosmosNet compatibility, however negotiations are still ongoing and thus having CosmosNet compatibility straight from the major build's original release will be scrapped in favour of having CosmosNet compatibility rolled out in updates from select countries and regions to select countries and regions. The update for CosmosNet compatibility is expected to roll out in it's first phase, with Harmony users in Brodland, La Montagne and Izaakia recieving the update on the 19th and Harmony users in Besern on the 25th. CosmosNet software can be uninstalled anytime completely.

Apicem's launch date is today, the 15th of January, for worldwide Harmony users. Users will be able to update sooner today.

THE LAST CAKE

A struggling coffee and dessert chain, Cafecon, also previously known as Cafeconfections, after 32 years of serving hot beverages and confections to millions of Besernians in their heyday, has filed for insolvency and is currently going into administration. Cafeconfections G.B., the parent company has also filed for insolvency and has also gone into administration.

The last location to close was filled with a crowd outside, as the staff served it's last cake to a frequent and well-known customer, Aleit Ahlers, who has kept visiting the Centralwave Mall store in the city of Centralen Berscheland for 29 years, the longest time a Besernian goes to Cafecon. She said that "this is the most memorable memory I must keep for good, as this will never happen again."

As the shutters close on Cafecon, Besernians on the social microblogging site Telit has gone into a frenzy. The Besernian subtelit, t/besern and the Cafecon subtelit, t/cafeconfections has gone into a huge scramble for recipes of their beloved confections, including the famous Doublebrew, a chocolate and tea infused cake. A Telit user on t/cafeconfections has said that "it'd kill to lose the famous Doublebrew to the abyss of heritage death".

Some Besernians are pushing for the National Heritage Board to list the Doublebrew and other Cafecon confections as a cultural heritage artefact.

BREAKING: CAFECONFECTIONS IS NOT YET LOST

Lovers of the Doublebrew and it's derivatives, rejoice.

Cafeconfections G.B., a company that has served Besernians for 32 years hot beverages and confections that has just filed for insolvency and started to liquidate their assets a few hours ago has been preserved a few minutes ago.

Schuhmachers, a Gianlucian fast-food chain corporation has signed a contract with what's left of Cafeconfections G.B. that the company and Cafecon will share the debt [60% for Cafeconfections G.B., 40% for Schuhmachers], therefore all claims to Cafecon, the brand, the recipes, etc. go to Schuhmachers and stores and employees will not be retrenched, and will keep operating under Schuhmachers for at least the next 3 years.

The public response currently is astonishing at the moment, with cheers outside stores that were closing.

ËOIN 404 GROUNDED AFTER DISASTER

The Besernian Civil Aviation Administration has grounded all Ëoin 404 aircraft registered in Besern and has banned Ëoin 404 flights that are not registered in Besern from entering Besernian airspace. This is a safety precaution following the crash of Eareamland Air Flight 509 after two of the plane's engines fell off.

The chairman of the Besernian Civil Aviation Administration, Sascha Lang has said in a press conference that "I express my condolences on behalf of the Besernian nation to the souls of the victims of the crash of Eareamland Air Flight 509. The Besernian Civil Aviation Administration is ready to cooperate with the World Aircraft Safety Agency to help investigate this incident and bring peace to the families who have been split by this disaster."

The Besernian Civil Aviation Administration has also brought questions to the built-ready and strength qualities of Eareamian aircraft manufacturers. A possible cause may be due to a possible design flaw on Ëoin's part, pilot error, or poor maintenance on Eareamland Air's part.

BREAKING: MINISTER HAS COMMITTED SUICIDE

The body of the late Besernian Minister of Family and Social Development, Amelinda Baier has been found and pronounced dead.

The cause of death was suicide by self-induced drowning in the Adellinde river. Her body was found next to the Holy Freeian-Besernian border.

Ilsa Koch, her assistant is due to assume the late Baier's position next morning.

The government will open a press conference tommorow.
