Based on the opinions of the court, Roavin is the best choice.

I mean yes but Roavin does have a lot on his plate. He is involved in a number of things as he states.

Do we think that
A) This is okie?
6) He can most definitely handle and DO all of the things he is on his plate?
!) Should he be allowed to keep all of positions if he is chosen?
4) Why should it be okie for him to have all of this responsibility?

- I am not counting him out I just want to make sure that we have all of the answers to these before we cement a decision.

As for Comfed -
If it were possible to have them added as like a Legal Aid/Paralegal/Clerk thing - how would we feel about that?

Its obviously Roavin, but the court may soon be facing another round of staffing shortages beyond him so its a must must must that we provide people interested in participating a way to learn, practice, and become suitable dream candidates for the court.

Is there anyway we could have Comfed on a mock court or something so that hes improving and getting ready for the job before its a crisis?

A) Roavin is fit to serve, but i do have concerns now that ive had time to reflect, let me lay them out:

Roavin is very busy with important work elsewhere and im worried it could potentially be a little too much without having him withdraw from other way more difficult to handle areas he's helping in (moderation, technical work, coding) that is much harder (or innapropriate) to get a new person without prior skills into than the court would be. We should really ask him to maybe train or look for new people to take some of the load off of his plate in other areas before he unintentionally bites off more than he can chew (im sure hed appreciate help with the Soon project hes been working with for since timscade :p).

The report (wonderfully made by the court i should add) said they view Comfed as a seemingly good fit but requiring practice and refinement: I think itd be a good thing to try allowing him to get some no matter who we appoint, but at this moment I'm willing to vote for either candidate, but would prefer comfed so he can get access to crucial training and we still have roavin in the wings if we need him.

I agree that Roavin is the right choice but I also agree with what Omega says that Comfed should def. be invited so any sort of training program that the court does because they clearly have the potential to be a good and competent Judge.
