Amendment to Section V of the Charter
#21

I do not see a problem with an office holder at fault when they want to introduce some levity and irreverence in to their term of office. As long as it does not serve as a distraction or ends up being misleading of the position within our regional government.

Like, it might be a problem if they adopted the title of "high overlord over all activities real and temporal in the region of the south pacific".  That may be humorous but it can also cause confusion and at some point it appears to be a dismissal of the duly elected office holders and the government of our region.

The legitimate title should always hold precedence, if they want to hyphenate something humorous to follow that, then that's fine.
