Quote:Article 2: Bill of Rights. All non-WA citizens and multi-citizenship citizens should be protected under law as equal members as society - who do not deserve the unjust, arbitrary subjugation of populist demands. This is very much a constitutional necessity in the face of the tyranny of the majority.
I don't think this is really necessary, but if we are going to do it, the following should be sufficient:
"Nations that reside in the South Pacific shall be afforded, equally and without discrimination, all rights contemplated in this article unless otherwise noted." Former Delegate of the South Pacific
Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator. I do not participate in the regional server, but I am happy to talk through instant messaging or on the forum. Since the Bill of RIghts is extremely skimpy as is - no that is not sufficient.
You know exactly why I am proposing this and you know exactly why that clause would not satisfy what I am arguing is a violation of equality and a product of maladministration.
I'm... actually agreeing with Unibot on this one. Perhaps a little bit on the excessive side, but it would prevent silly stuff from happening later on.
Fair enough. I'm not really opposed to this, specially since it would be positive to be more explicit about the rights of our residents, so go ahead.

I don't really understand what this is protecting and it is very broad, the other lines are way more specific.
I'm in support of Unibot.
Would this need a motion to vote? If so: Motion to vote.
Wow ... A proposal to a motion to vote in 35 minutes. A new record.
Would we like to give others time to offer input or is that not needed? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm sure more people have constructive comments to make on this proposal yet and I won't be putting it to vote yet.
