[PASSED] Amendment to the Regional Communications Act (WFE Requirements)

Legislators,

There has been a seconded motion to bring an amendment to the Regional Communications Act that adds a requirement for certain information to be included on the WFE to vote. The debate thread can be found here.

As this is an amendment to a general law, it requires a simple majority (greater than 50%) to pass. The voting period will last 3 days, ending on June 4 at 4:00 UTC (5:00 in London, 0:00 in New York, 14:00 in Sydney).

Please vote by poll if possible. If you cannot vote by poll, post 'Aye', 'Nay', or 'Abstain' in this thread. Please do not vote both by poll and by post. Comments and discussion belong in the debate thread and should be posted there.

2. Mass Communication

(3) The World Factbook Entry must visibly contain:
a. a link to the off-site forums and Discord server of the Coalition,
b. a request for nations to endorse the lawful Delegate,
c. a request for nations to endorse the Council on Regional Security and a link to a Dispatch containing the current membership of the Council on Regional Security,
d. a link to information about the endorsement cap.


(3) (4) The Delegate may, at their discretion, enact further restrictions, guidelines, or approval processes on the use of mass communications.

(4) (5) The Council on Regional Security may temporarily suspend the provisions contained herein for themselves or any duly chosen surrogates for purposes of regional security.
