As much as I would like to guarantee this bit, I can't. NationStates, at the end of the day, is a game and any time and effort spent here is done on a voluntary basis. I can't exactly go around and force people to produce content for us. That isn't productive at all and makes the process unenjoyable for everyone.

All I can do is to encourage and guide them to produce these contents voluntarily and give new staffers a chance to step up, if they wish so. It's the best I can do, without making some content for everyone mandatory each month.

(Sorry if I misinterpreted your question, I'm not totally awake right now >_>)

I will try my best to guide them into producing better contents, especially if they're eager to contribute to the ministry. And they can always freely do other stuffs around the ministry, like conducting polls and keeping various ministry resources up-to-date.

I want to give any prospective guest writers the best first impression of TSJ as effectively as I can; they do say that your first impression is the impression that sticks around for the longest.

While I haven't been under Islas' purview for long, I do admire their ability to guide and encourage new staffers to produce content for MoM. I personally wouldn't have done anything worthwhile if it weren't for the encouragement and constant support they gave me.

And while I don't want to be rude, Islas' self-admitted inability to make a deadline has left some impression on my mind. I also am a bit skeptical about their recruitment methods, from my personal experience (it took more than two months after applying before I was admitted a staffer of MoM).

I want to serve TSP, this wonderous region that is my home, to the best of my ability and I believe being elected MoM will help me do just that, allowing me to hopefully impact the region in a more positive and extensive way.

I believe our senior staffers already act as unofficial editors for our content and they seem to be doing a pretty good job at it, if I say so myself.

It is something that needs to be discussed with MoM's upper echelon of leadership after election, as I can't say anything concrete about it. While I personally like the idea of having a team of dedicated editors, I don't want to increase the burden on MoM staffers which they might not be able to tackle properly. Sorry that I can't provide a clear answer to this inquiry.

Grammar checking softwares or extensions like Grammarly are extremely useful for us peeps whose work involves typing out a copious amount of word each day. While I won't mandate the use of these softwares or extensions, I will encourage them to use these, as well as manually check for mistakes themselves.

I will, yeah. I believe that a candidate gunning for a spot in an election should abstain from voting, to maintain the integrity of the election.
