First things first on our agenda is to determine justiciability. My own view is that this question is clearly justiciable.

Justiciable, and I feel that the answer is relatively obvious from the text (though investigating what the intent originally was may be interesting).

Can I get peoples views on Kris' request for expedited consideration?

It is justiciable, and I am inclined to grant the expedited consideration seeing as an expedited case would be required to end just before gameside voting takes place.

Aye on the expedited treatment

Okay - I'll rule it justiciable and grant expedited treatment tomorrow. Are either of you willing to act as primary/secondary?

I'd be fine with doing either.

EDIT: I should note that I am a SPSF member and therefore possibly affected by the ruling, so it might be reasonable to leave me out.
