[2107.HQ] Legality of Concrete Slab Running for Local Councillor |
Former Delegate of the South Pacific
Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator. I do not participate in the regional server, but I am happy to talk through instant messaging or on the forum. I think this is an interesting case and is justiciable. The law in question does not specify what qualifies as a term and as such leaves the door open to alternative interpretations that the Court might have an interest in clearing up (less we see criminal charges against Concrete Slab in November filed over an uncertain understanding of the law).
I am available for secondary status if needed. -Griffindor/Ebonhand

Agreed with Griff.

I would also agree. With a 3-0 majority the case is deemed justiciable. Please post today whoever can be primary for this case. I dropped the ball on posting the determination last week and I don't want us to delay any more than is necessary.

A bit tardy, but I agree with the determination of justiciability.
Regarding availability, I can serve as either.
Based on your responses I suggest Roavin as primary and Griffindor as secondary.

Alright @Roavin
What are your thoughts so far? We have 3 weeks to wrap up the case before the Local Council can begin the election process. -Griffindor/Ebonhand
