1. The region of Eurasia, January 6th through October 24th 2004 as Zemnaya Svoboda. Delegate during much of that time, author of the regional constitution, and Security Counsellor.
2. The region of The Lexicon, March 31st 2006 through January 4th 2007 as Eluvatar. Senator during much of that time, and High Councillor for Regional Security toward the end.
3. The region of The North Pacific, on and off since July 11th 2006 as Zemnaya Svoboda and as Eluvataran Isles, taking on at various times the roles of Regional Assembly member, Regent of The North Pacific University, Vice Delegate, Security Council (committee) member, Speaker of the Regional Assembly, Associate Justice, Delegate, Minister of External Affairs, Attorney General,  Security Council (standing body) member, Minister of Recruitment, Deputy Attorney General, NPIA Director, and Deputy Minister of World Assembly Affairs.
4. The region of the South Pacific, on and off since November 13th 2006 as Eluvataran Outback, taking on at various times the roles of citizen, Chair of the Assembly, Minister of Regional Affairs, and Deputy Minister of Security (I think. :S).
5. The region of Taijitu, on and off since January 4th 2007 as Eluvatar, taking on at various times the roles of (Interim) High Councillor of Regional Security, Senator, Minister of Regional Security, Supreme Court Justice, Minister of Defense, Speaker, Minister of Internal Affairs, Delegate, Chief Justice, TWA General, and Tajitu Militia Corporal.
6. The region of The Pacific, probably from February 15th 2007 as Lajikelessea, being for a time a member of the Foreign Legion and perhaps at some point a citizen. (Apologies, due to several forum changes I am unable to verify this).
7. The region of The West Pacific from May 21st 2007 to September 6th 2007 and on and off after until April 2009 as Eluvataran Archipelago, as a Citizen part of the time.
8. The region of The East Pacific, from June 11th 2008 as various sundry nations, on and off. Honorary citizenship 2008-???, now in abeyance. Resident today as An Eluvataran Liberal Earldom.
9. The region of Lemuria, from January 2009 (I believe) on and off as El Puppet.
10. The region of The Rejected Realms, from June 6th 2011 as Athkhala, on and off. Citizen on occasion.
11. The organization called The United Defenders League, from June 13th 2011. Merryman from the beginning, Chief of Intelligence and Lieutenant from time to time since.
12. The region of Osiris, from October 22nd 2011 until December 10th 2013 with various nations. Citizen and Attorney General for a time.
13. The region of Balder, from November 12th 2011 on and off, more off than on since early 2012. Convention Member, Citizen, Justitierad (AJ) and Ordforande Justitierad (CJ).
14. The region of The Library from November 18th, 2011. Member, forum hosting provider.
15. The region of The NationStates Community from April 1st, 2012 as Eluvataran Archipelago.
16. The region of Camelot as an envoy from Taijitu from October 25th, 2014 as Eluvataran Forests / Aelar Elendili.

NOT LISTED: Sundry regions which I entered under cover or otherwise as part of a mission for one of the above, and some non-gameplay-related regions that I feel would negatively impact my privacy to disclose and could not possibly introduce a conflict of interest.

I believe the current Charter's disclosure requirement is excessive and unenforceable, and should be repealed revised. Based on my commitments to keeping trust entered in other roles with the regions those roles were in, and based on my own expectation of privacy, I refuse to comply with it in full. Feel free to decline my application on the basis of its illegality, as when I attempt civil disobedience I generally accept this has consequences. Cheers!
