Then I'll use the city symbol for the port things.

The same stood true until the historical marriage between the Peonic pirate princess and the Sedunnic naval captain. It was a small town with such a massive port, and the only place where the Sedunnic language is spoken alongside Mandarin, Korean and Japanese. it has become such and when the great war came along Vetem bay became the Auxillary Sedunnic naval base, along with the base for Peonic privateers to launch themselves at the war. Since then it has been a large port and maritime hub for Peonic trade, and the symbol of everlasting cooperation between the two nations.
I chose the name because it is the only thing I could find that's related to the naval side of Sedunn, yoh may choose another name, or outright challenge it.
There never was an official military expeditionary force, but the traders, sponsored/armed by the king himself (but not the state), may have had a strong presence there. I like the idea that it was used as an auxiliary naval base during the Great War (and perhaps in the war against Ubesii earlier too?) Sedunnic sailors and traders may have met local girls and started families. I'm not sure what role Huawan might have had during the Great War though.
May I suggest Nesvem, meaning Tree Harbour (or some Chinese version of the same) instead of Vetem Bay?

Two plots can be part of the same country, but you need different country names for each plot. Sedunn, for example, consists of two plots, (mainland) Sedunn, and Vastraenn (part of Sedunn as indicated by the brackets). I can't edit or remove borders though, so it is likely that if the two plots have a common border it is some kind of looser federation or perhaps a personal union. I believe I could for instance write Rebel-Topia across the border to indicate a personal union or something like that.
