The Chair of the Chair

You walk over to that musty old Chair and begin looking through the papers spread out over the desk going over the Chair's announcements. You notice an open door underneath the desk in the footwell and pull out a bowl of ice cream, a cake, and a paper that says "[ANNOUNCEMENT] Secret Cabal of Chairs to Conquer the South Pacific with @anjo's chicken seeds" and then put it away because it was too boring.

This is the one-stop shop for public announcements, pronouncements, communiqués, and what not that reaches the Chair's Desk.
