This is a good question, but I feel like we might be putting the cart before the horse. In the event that there is a tie for second, and there is the need for a runoff, we can cross that bridge when we get there. How likely it is that two tickets will tie for second with no one ticket receiving a majority?

Closed voting is the default option when making polls in here. Gustave probably just didn't know that, and forgot to check the "public voting" option. I'm sure he'll fix that in no time.
