I am okay with everything but giving them each three votes. We have on average 20 people voting at any given time. Giving the liaisons four votes each gives each of them just about 12.5% of the voting power, 37.5% altogether. There's no guarantee that their votes are any more representative of the game-side than anybody else's votes. Those three individuals suddenly become the most powerful in the Assembly.

Who else can post the polls that would be necessary for the Region to indicate whether they accept or reject the directives emanating  from the forum?

Who else has the ability to pin dispatches to the WFE, to ensure that essential links are maintained for all to see?

Who else has the ability to send region wide messages to convey other vital information?

Allowing a resident to sit in the Chambers of His Betters with no power to oppose the excess of a Cabinet is not a concession, it is intimidation

I can image it now -

"As The Regional Liaison I must object to the Cabinets insistence that we adopt this course"

"Object all you like sonny Jim, you have no say in the matter, you are just a catspaw to keep those bleeding heart liberals quite.
Now do as you are told and keep your mouth shut.
Remember, revealing discussions held in the Private Assembly can get you booted from the Region"

I enjoy that you miss the entire point of giving the RMB nations complete power over who is elected.  Which isn't the situation -- and never will be -- with the delegate.

Certainly, the delegate will be important in this role, as well. But wouldn't having people who are solely elected from the RMB be a better situation?
