I would imagine that if all three admins "unilaterally decide what authority" they have, and refuse to comply with the citizenship laws, they will soon be tendering their resignation.

I mean, if you didn't that would make you a hypocrite, at the very least.

The legal questions before the court are just that, Punch, questions. They can not be dismissed due to "a lack of evidence", because they are questions, not criminal trials.

The name calling and accusations really need to stop here. The legal question I asked the Court is relevant here because it is unclear who is to do removing here, "8. Citizenship will be removed if a nation has not logged into the South Pacific forums for more than 30 days and made two posts within that period."

And precedence has a mixture of Vice Delegate (which TSPers asked for because the VD didn't have anything to do) and admins doing it so really just stop and wait for the Courts to give their thoughts.

If not revise the language noted above for the Assembly to discuss.
