Canadian Correctional Services would like start a program to train inmates from 11 prisons in the Prairies on chainsaw safety.

From what I've read, the idea is to create a program to help convicts find jobs once they leave the prison. Although a good idea on paper, the debate has been brought up about the dangers to fellow inmates taking the program.
