Considering I actually talk to Farengeto on almost a daily basis, and regularly have discussions with him on SCO policy, I am more than qualified to say whether he wants war or not. He doesn't. Like I already said, we are open to any negotiation that isn't a way for Qvait to make us "leave Ryccia alone".

^ this. Qvait's the only one trying to organize it because no one else is trying to, i.e., no one else really cares, at least, that the majority of the SCO would listen to.
