Speaker of the Assembly Noor Aqaba to propose key legislation at the world forum this weekend. The bill which is believed to be about formalising laws of the seas will under go scrutiny by the committee for International Law and the committee for Climate and the Environment before a finalised version is put to a vote at the assembly.

I'm not sure if this will be something different, but all RL international laws are already adopted in this canon.
