I've stated "essentially" to emphasize the point that they are cut off from the parent civilization, both militarily and economically. These colonists know that there won't be any help whatsoever and with intergalactic communications being unreliable they don't even know if or when the parent civilization will even get their messages. The trips between the galaxies are also one way trips due to the amount of time it takes even with cryosleep. So they are in fact cut off from the main civilization.

I've updated the main post with links to everything with an article so far, unless I was unable to identify the appropriate section. I've also added a Planets and Other heading to it, in case anyone wishes to add something else.

As well, seeing as my deadline has been reached I'm giving a final warning to deal with off-topic or reserved posts before they are removed.

I just posted three sections. Two are harmless planet ones, but the third is the basic section on human units in the RP. Unless otherwise stated it will be essentially the same as the modern SI units that the metric system is based on. (Imperial units have no value even now. If you *really* insist their units are all defined relative to SI units anyway.)

For the calendar I'm just going to go with a system largely the same as the present UT systems except with no leap seconds, corrected for relativity, etc to create roughly a true "universal" time. Each days has 86,400 SI seconds, then everything else follows the rules of the Gregorian calendar rules according to that day.

It's to lampshade the usage of human units as a reference more than anything.

Updated the index finally as well as added an article from Modian literature, supposed to highlight some Xenophobic opinions in Modia, especially towards Humans (whether its claims are true or not, that's another story)
