Heart  Thanks Tsu. I think I'm ready now.

CAIN is good on paper.

But, the definition problem is a massive problem.

From what I can read, innocent regions have been raided by CAIN.

I don't think we should support that.

We elect people to manage our foreign affairs. If we're upset about CAIN, we should ask the MoFA to bring our concerns to the alliance partners.

I haven't seen any innocent regions targeted. Every region that had an embassy with a Nazi region was alerted to the fact that if they failed to withdraw their embassy, action could be taken in response to that. Furthermore, several regions were removed from the collaborator list, as they were shown to have a legitimate reason for having those embassies, i.e. being an embassy collector.
I am currently working with the rest of the coalition to address any concerns we have, so if you have anything in particular you want brought up, let me know.

Modify the Nazi Collaborator definition

From :"A region recognized by CAIN as a region that assists in furthering the agenda of, and/or shares core beliefs with, Nazism and/or Nazi Regions."

To read "A region recognized by the majority of signatories to CAIN as a region that assists in furthering the agenda of, and/or shares core beliefs with, Nazism and/or Nazi Regions and actively endorses the concept of Nazism"

All your revised version achieves is unnecessary clarification of the existing statement, since, as CAIN is a treaty, it is its signatories and the process you have described is what already happens. Signatories already vote on this and only if a majority vote in favour of a region being considered a Nazi collaborator does it become so.

Except it actually currently requires two-thirds approval.

This is good to note. How many regions are in CAIN? Meaning — how many would need to be in agreement for action to be taken?

There are 24 signatories.

So, 18 would need to sign on?

Do we have a list of the signatories somewhere?

I was thinking 16.
