My guess is that people don't find the fight against Nazis something that it is reasonable to be neutral in.

But regions that are not nazis get invaded by Cain too.

In theory, a christian reagon that only lightly oppresses LGBT (EG: not killing them but verbally disapproving them) would be a nazi too.

That would not be the case; CAIN has specific criteria for designating Nazi regions, and such a region would not meet them. Obviously there is potential for hypothetical corruption in any group, but hypothetical corruption isn't the same as real corruption. When CAIN starts designated conservative christian regions as Nazi's we leave - we don't leave because in a hypothetical situation where a majority of CAIN regions are taken over by corrupt raiders they might do so.

That would be like suggesting we don't vote for Tsu as Delegate because - despite never having done so or showing any indication of doing so - he might hypothetically start banjecting people from TSP for no good reason.

Nazi Collaborator: A region recognized by CAIN as a region that assists in furthering the agenda of, and/or shares core beliefs with, Nazism and/or Nazi Regions.

(e) Any signatory may nominate a region that aids in spreading the beliefs of Nazism to be considered a Nazi Collaborator. Such nominations must be approved by a vote of two-thirds of signatories before being officially designated as such by CAIN.

(g) Any region which voluntarily participates in a military operation alongside, or possesses an on-site embassy with, a Nazi Region shall be officially designated as Nazi Collaborators.
