I'm so sad for those Puerto Ricans like @Ryccia.

Trump compared Puerto Rico's situation with the situation after Katrina, but not in the sense of "Let's build this thing up like after this yuuuge hurrikane", but more in the sense of "Only 12 people died here and after Katrina thousands died. Don't cry so much, you losers". *rolleyes*
