Tsu saved from a parallel universe in which some real bad bloke name TidalWave took over by force and made TSP an overall bad place, followed by mass emigration to the other feeders and eventual ruin and defeat by Nazis, communists, centrists, greenies, centre-rights, centre-lefts and any other political faction you feel is worth mentioning that I don't.
