So I'm seeing a general consensus in making sure all parties in the ICPA advocate for a free market with some regulation. Would that be accurate?

Yeah. What regulations are seen as good or not depends on the system, the parties are acting in, but everyone wants free trade and doesn't say something against "some" (whatever that means) regulations.

So it looks like there is a split between those of us wishing to form an electoral alliance and those of us wishing to form an ideological one. Perhaps we should vote to see wich one the majority of parties want?
