The Bank of Imperium has announced it will be issuing bonds on behalf of the FSoO for the colony of Reglement. A claim has been made and settlers are due to arrive in the next few weeks.

Karnetvor takes the stage!
A few months ago, the Karnetvorian Government had received a tip-off from the NIA (National Intelligence Agency), saying that explorers from Ryccia and the Imperial Union had discovered an entirely new continent, until then unknown, and that a bunch of different nations had started settling parts of it. The new continent was rich in mineral resources, and could be potential source of wealth for any nation brave enough to establish itself there. In secret, President Kerenskiy commissioned an expedition to search for a suitable place to establish a colony. Karnetvor had experience making colonies, after all; barely a hundred years ago it had a colonial empire of its own. Led by Captain Robert Žirinovsky, an ambitious naval officer, the expedition was a success, finding, an area to the south of the continent rich in gold and precious stones, with its waters containing important reserves of natural gas. The Government decided to establish the new settlements in the area. The first one, a temporary capital of sorts, was established in an island now named Queen Zelda Island, in honor of the late Queen Zelda of Karnetvor (r. 1956-1979) the only figure from the former Royal Family to still receive some sort of recognition in the now-Republic. Two more settlements followed, one in a smaller island (Ibisević Island) to the east, and another on the mainland's coast, which, being near important gold deposits (the area was given the name "Gold Coast", for a reason) was intended to be the center of the new colony once settlers started to arrive in significant numbers; l. The colony was to be called, of course, New Karnetvor. Orange: Territory under Karnetvorian control. Composed of: 1- Gold Coast (capital: Aquilia) 2- Queen Zelda Island (capital: New Petrovka ) 3- Constitution Island (uninhabited at this time, with the exception of a small research station) 4- Ibisević Island (capital: Port Karnetia) Pink: Territory claimed, but not controlled.
