The merit of this proposal isn’t based on Yuno. I don’t know why people are fixated on that event.

Do we or do we not want to allow non-TSPers to campaign for or against candidates? That’s the question.

Not whether or not Yuno destroyed democracy by cross-posting from TEP. Literally nobody is upset about that right now. The point is that it’s never happened before, and now we have to ask ourselves if we want to allow it at all when we have actual bad faith Gameplayers who would meddle in a heartbeat down the road.

...beside the distraction, I see several merited things in this draft and I think we should talk about it more.

Section 5 has the issue of enforcement beyond suppression. I suppose Section 5 can exist only because Section 6 exists.

On Section 6, what would be something severe enough that the CRS would get involved, and why?

Finally, if significant improper campaign conduct was performed, would we allow the EC to declare the vote null and void and do a revote?
