"I believe that we are done here. May we adjourn and meet again next time." The Harmakmis/Gordista delegates went up and met their fellow delegates. Tel tried to meet and wish everyone good luck and tell them how much it met to him that they came. The next day, the delegates met at Fort Gordista to finalize the Harm-Gord Council and the new government. After some bitter debate, they had finished unification. The Harm-Gord Council of International Delegates will meet every month for five years to monitor the progress of the unification of Harmakmis and Gordista. The following countries will be in attendance next time: Huawan Erinor/Sereva Agot Sedunn Frost Empire Ubesii Ryccia Mitandersfors Pax Dracon Bzerneleg Any country is allowed to join any time, as long as their arrival is made clear. Harmakmis and Gordista have formally unifed into the Confederation of Harmakmis and Gordista, with Harmakmis and Gordista acting as independent states. Harmakmis will be a democratic federation, divided into 20 districts. Gordista will be a democratic federation, divided into a Democratic Socialist district and a pure democratic district. Their military will be limited, while countries help with the economy. May they prosper. DylanPickle-
