Vote for the Dill!
#11

@North Prairie
Technically, I was voted out of the position around Christmas, but the region is lazy and didn't endorse the new guy, so I still was WA delegate in-game. I would never leave the delegacy because this is a great posistion to fill, and since you voted me in, it is my duty to be your delegate. And TSP is far more important to me than NOZ and any other region. I will not leave TSP as long as I live.

Regarding security, which people & groups do you consider to be security concerns for TSP? Are you focused on imminent threats, groups with long histories of threatening our security, or both?

@sandaoguo For security, I am focused on all fronts. New threats and disturbances have appeared, while olds ones seemed to have mellowed out a bit, but it doesn't mean that we shouldn't be diligent. Always find new ways to keep TSP safe and fun.

  • What is your opinion on the current debate between Sandaoguo and Kringle about whether a High Court justice should have a security background or not?
  • Do you believe that there should be more requirements for legislatorship, and/or do you believe the background check should be tougher on legislators? i.e, not allowing legislatorship to anyone who has ever been a citizen in, say, Balder or the Black Hawks?
  • What do you believe is the most necessary approach to prompt gamesiders to vote forumside?
  •  Do you believe that evidence should be released publicly when an individual is banned or has their legislatorship status taken away? (Excluding situations like Yuno, Solorni, or 5-million population RMB spammers)

@North Prarie
Very good questions for a plane of grass.

As for your first question, I do not know of this debate and you would have to elaborate on 'security background.' If you mean a background check, definitely. We want the court to be clean and unbiased.

Same goes for legislators. I always like new faces, but I get worried when I see a new member dart for legislator, despite the fact that we tell people to. We need new faces always, but background checks are nessecary. That would also go with my push for more regional security.

Now this is tricky... *Sits on stump while thinking and eating pickle* Hmm... Honestly, we just need to more persistent. Make coming here as easy as possible, as most people, honestly, are just downright lazy. There are 6,000 some people in TSP and only 17% of them have a say in things. It isn't the 1%, but still. Really, there isn't one way, but right now I say that we just have talk to people gameside and see why they aren't on the forums. Of course maybe only half the region is truly active, but getting half of the people here is so much better than 17%.

Yes, definitely. Transparency all the way. I am a huge advocate for transparency. The government should as transparent as can be unless truly necessary.

Thanks you for your questions.

What are your thoughts on the state of The South Pacific as a whole? Where do you believe we can improve on?

At the time of my writing this, you currently stand at 17 endorsements, only applying to the WA a day and a half ago. Do you think you can tart up to near 600 quickly enough to pass Tsu?

I'll be the first to admit that I know little to nothing about the process of getting endorsements for a new delegate however I do think, as a compulsory endotart-er currently standing at 19th most endorsements in the region due to endotarting, that my opinion still holds at least a tiny bit of merit here, despite my greenness in regards elections and even my greenness in regards to just how little I've been in TSP. On this matter all I'd like to say is: I feel that, assuming Dill is willing and does endotart the whole region soon, he could still pretty reasonably get to 100+ endorsements and, given a little bit more time, reasonably around 150, after endotarting the entire region. Then, from there, assuming that the region does have some way to get a new delegate lots of endorsements to pass the old I think that with ~150 endorsements the process wouldn't be too different for him than for someone like you or beepee cause if you can somehow get ~300 more people to endorse you two to get above delegate, if you were elected, I don't see how it would be impossible, though perhaps more difficult, to get him ~450 people. Still I do concede that it would be considerably more difficult but I would guess that it wouldn't be impossible and thus he isn't completely hopeless in being a good delegate because of this, as long as he's willing to do the work of the endotarting very soon. Anyhow, this is primarily simply hypothetical musings and conjecture so you can take this as you will, the bottom line probably should be that: Dill definitely needs to begin endotarting or something similar to get endorsements quick if he wishes to be in any way a viable candidate to pass Tsu if he gets elected.

*cough* anyway I'll shut up now *cough*
