I think that idea was already stricken down. It was deemed far too time-consuming for the Election Commissioner with little payoff.

That's strange, cause back in the day when I used to update my shipping dispatch (since then discontinued) nobody was ever pinged about it unless they hadn't been previously mentioned in the dispatch, all the people who had already been mentioned on the dispatch didn't get pinged each update (of which there were many since even though I like to edit, revise, and double-check my dispatches pre-post using the review button I still usually post it at least three times in a row as I fix little errors last second)
