The idea of referencing some of our own regional historical nations is kind of lovely... in my nation's stories when I need an ancient culture I refer to Ancient Swabia …

I actually like Cordilia.

But, Austral does mean south in other European languages. I think that name would fit with on of the new continents that are decor only, as it implies these people came from somewhere else.

Which is exactly why Suderia ought to be swapped out with a continent inspired by Austral. If both are South then we should use the one where the region at large shares a connection with similar to Sedunn’s Bailtem where the Sedunnic language originated from ICly. |
